Fyne Kuuk has been feeding Kumasi from the KNUST Maintenance Cafeteria since 1993. We cook the dishes people actually want to eat — banku with fresh tilapia, jollof that tastes of the pot it was cooked in, waakye done properly — and we have not seen much reason to change.
Everything is made to order. Come and sit with us, take it away, or book a tray and let us handle the whole table.
